What I collect

When you send an enquiry, I receive your name, email address and whatever you tell me about the shoot. I do not use tracking cookies on this site.

How I use it

I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to plan the shoot, send a quote and invoice you. I never sell or share them for marketing.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for six years, because UK tax rules require it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. If you are unhappy with how I handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
